About as short as a privacy policy can be, because the site collects nothing about you.
In short: we set no cookies, use no analytics or ad-tracking tools, and create no account for you. The site sends nothing to any server of ours — you send it to us over WhatsApp when you press send.
When you work through the "Commission the Artist" steps — your idea, the type of work, your name and mobile number — that information stays inside your browser and is never sent to a server of ours. The builder's only job is to arrange it into one tidy message and then open WhatsApp for you. Close the page before sending and nothing reaches us and nothing is stored.
We do keep one display setting in your browser (named artimood-config); it holds no personal data.
Once you send the message over WhatsApp, we receive what you wrote and your mobile number, and we use it for one purpose: producing your order and speaking with you about it. We may pass the executing workshop what it needs to complete the work — the text, the logo, the dimensions — and nothing beyond that. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Note that your WhatsApp correspondence is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which is outside our control.
For original limited works we keep a record of the piece itself: its title, material, dimensions, date of completion and record number. That record is shown through the certificate link, and contains no owner's name and no personal details about them.
