ARTIMOOD is a fine art and corporate gifts studio based in Dammam, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. We handle design, calligraphy and artistic direction, and production is carried out by specialist workshops under our supervision.
This site is a portfolio and a commissioning channel — not an online shop. It has no cart, no online payment and no automated checkout. Every image and description here shows past work and what we are able to produce; it is not a binding offer for sale.
Any figure shown on this site is an indicative starting price for the simplest execution in its category, not a final price. The final price is set in the quotation for your project according to size, material, thickness, quantity and method of execution. Original artworks and hand-carved sculptures are priced individually, piece by piece.
No payment is taken through this site. There is no cart, no payment gateway, and you are never asked for card details at any step. Payment arrangements are agreed within the quotation for your project and confirmed in writing before production begins.
The quotation sent to you sets out: the total amount, what it does and does not include (such as special packaging or shipping), the agreed method of payment, and when payment falls due. We will never ask you for any amount beyond what that quotation states.
If anyone contacts you in ARTIMOOD's name asking for a transfer to an account that does not appear in your written quotation, do not respond — contact us directly on the number published on this page.
For most orders the client collects the work directly from the executing workshop and inspects it before taking it. If shipping suits you better, it is agreed within the quotation, which states the destination and any cost.

Production runs from same-day delivery to 3–5 days, depending on the type of work and the circumstances of the project. Time is counted from the date you approve the final design, not from the date of enquiry. We do everything we can to meet agreed dates, though matters outside our control — supply delays or workshop breakdowns — may affect them, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
A certificate of authenticity is issued exclusively with original artworks and limited hand-carved sculptures, and is not issued for repeat corporate recognition orders. It documents the piece's origin and details; it is not a valuation of its financial worth and not a promise that this will rise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is heard before its competent authorities. We may update these terms; the version published at the time you approve your design applies to your order.
